Gift Boxes
Greening your gift boxes can go both ways. When you receive a gift, by simply saving and reusing the box you're helping to reduce demand for new boxes to be made and thus saving trees. When give a gift, rather than buying a new box to package the gift, look for a suitable used box from the recycling bin at your home, apartment complex, work, school, etc. Just the other day I met someone who said he's been adding to the fun of gift giving by packaging gifts in used boxes such as cereal boxes, or appliance boxes. This makes for more mystery and surprise when the recipient opens the wrapping paper (which can be reused if removed carefully, or made from used paper bags.) The more creative re-use energy you put into the gift, the more it will mean to you, the recipient, and the earth!
If you're a company that offer gift packaging for your products, you can contact us with the quantity and dimensions of the boxes you need and we can search our national inventory to find the best matches for the best price.
Whether you're packing one gift box, or selling gifts commercially and need boxes, these are a few ways you can go green!
